  • Use recognized industrial engineering and represented LEAN methodology in the Company and support Continuous Improvement / LEAN programs execution such as Pull Production, Kaizen, identifying waste, Just-in-time, mistakeproofing, Kanban, Standard Work and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) that is used to identify the current state and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Identify areas and opportunities for process improvement to proactively address inefficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Take on responsibility as a Project lead role to execute small-scale improvement projects and Project Assistant to drive tangible improvements in processes, achieve efficiency gains, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for enhanced outcomes.
  • Furnish statistical data and reports on project progress to enable data-driven decision-making, track project effectiveness, and ensure transparency in the improvement process.
  • Provide statistical data for VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to identify the current state and identify areas for enhancement.

  • Establish and manage the yearly, monthly, weekly maintenance plans to ensure essential maintenance is completed within a reasonable time.
  • Liaise with Production and Quality Management on a daily basis to resolve technical and/or operational issues.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with vendors and service partners, leveraging their expertise to achieve optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Spearhead transformative initiatives by tracking maintenance activities and costs and leveraging the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to pioneer projects that elevate operational performance, enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing disruptions.
  • Leveraging tools such as tracking OEE, analyzing MTBF, and minimizing MTTR to identify root causes of equipment failures, implement targeted improvements, and increase equipment reliability and uptime, leading to continuous improvement.
  • Innovate and optimize maintenance procedures, by troubleshooting, preventing, repairing, and predicting machine breakdowns, to enhance equipment performance and reliability, and set new benchmarks for operational excellence.
